Founded by husband and wife team Keith Jiran and Theresa Weber, R & B was built on the core values of service, quality, and value. These guiding principles have allowed us to grow steadily and earn the trust of homeowners and businesses throughout the Valley.

Our Story

Keith and Theresa’s commitment to excellence quickly set R & B apart. By 1997, the business had grown so much that they formed a parent corporation, Weber-Jiran Inc.. In 2001, R & B moved into its own dedicated office and warehouse space at 19th Avenue and Cactus in Phoenix — a milestone that reflected our continued growth and success.
